TeamJoined提供海外配送服務嗎?

我們可以將產品配送到世界各地。我們提供DHL、SF與當地的配送方式,如ACS與郵寄。您可以根據您的喜好選擇產品配送的方式,運費會在您結帳時一併納入訂單當中。

多久會收到我訂購的商品?

我們會依照訂單順序寄送商品。商品會在物流狀態標示「發貨中」後寄出,並用電郵通知訂單進度;您也可登入會員查看帳戶訂單狀態。訂單將在5至7個工作天內到達門市(預購品除外),海外或離島訂單將在6至8個工作天內送達。
請留意:「訂單追蹤號碼將在訂單送出後顯示在訂單頁面上」。

如果我在配送期間內沒有收到商品怎麼辦?

海關及進口費用

稅金和關稅將根據配送目的地計算。 我們採用未完稅交貨 (Delivery Duty Unpaid)的方式,商城所顯示的產品價格並不包含所有稅務費用。

在您下訂單之前,請檢查您所在國家的關稅政策,若因為海關問題,我們將不提供退款。

TeamJoined所販售的商品皆是我們精心開發、設計的心血,我們期待各位家人們能夠跟我們一樣熱愛TJ的商品,我們理解網路購物存有認知落差、選擇失誤或其他問題,請各位夥伴在收到商品後,先保持冷靜,完好保存商品外包裝和吊牌,立即試穿確認尺寸,檢查是否合適、商品是否正確或有重大瑕疵,並感受我們在產品中注入的熱情,如有意退貨者請於收到商品『七天內』至該筆訂單的顧客通訊處申請退貨,若超過七天鑑賞期,恕無法受理退貨

收到商品後想要退換貨?(尺寸不合、顏色色差、不喜歡、跟自己想像的不一樣)

本店提供免運退貨服務 (限台灣) 只要在商品七天鑑賞期內,皆可退貨 (參考退貨流程)
退回商品需包裝完好無損和附件齊全,不影響二次銷售之全新商品(吊牌、商標完整未剪,無汙漬、無下水、無修改);商品包裝也需保持完整無損一同退回。如有不符上述退貨條件,將不受理您的退貨申請,請留意避免影響您退貨之權益,只要保持全新商品且包裝完整,依據法令商品七天鑑賞期,並參考退貨流程說明於七天內完成退貨申請即可。

如果您符合退款資格,我們會立即與您聯繫。我們會在10個工作天內,依據您原本的付款方式將退款返還給您;

如何分辦瑕疵品?

非瑕疵因素:線頭、些許脫線、極小的汙點、尺寸1~1.5cm的誤差、照片色差、新品氣味差;另印刷商品多少會有印染不均現象及膠印點點脫落/印染小色斑(0.5平方公分以下)等...這些在國際驗貨標準都是屬於可接受的範圍,不屬於瑕疵。

若遇瑕疵/錯誤商品,我該怎麼做?

若遇瑕疵/錯誤商品,請於簽收包裹隔天起七日內,在訂單頁面上留言表上留下:
(1)訂單號碼
(2)手機號碼並提供瑕疵細部照片2-3張,待收到瑕疵信件後,確定非人為損壞或人為髒汙等瑕疵商品,將於七日內盡速協助辦理退貨及退款。若超過鑑賞期,恕無法受理瑕疵退貨,還請收到商品時先做檢查,確認沒有問題再剪吊牌並下水洗滌喔。
瑕疵處理方式:我們將提供客人7-11的退貨編碼(I-bon 機器操作),並請您將瑕疵商品及原包裝完整包好(建議使用7-11專用的破壞袋或者方便包裝商品的袋子);待收到退貨商品後,將於十到十五日內處理退款。

**若商品外包裝損壞將酌收$80元整修費,將於退款時扣除。**

一旦您下訂後,我們將無法對您的訂單進行任何更改,其中包括以下內容:

- 更改產品項目及尺寸
- 新增商品到您的訂單
- 送貨地址
- 貨運方式

如果您還是要取消,請在訂單中留言或通過我們的客服與我們聯繫。

我的訂單何時會被寄出?

Delivery and Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

We ship all over the world. We provide major carrier such as DHL, SF and local carrier, ex. ACS & Postal Service. You can choose the carrier according to your preference. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are and the shipping method you choose. It’ll take up to 1-3 business days to process your order. In general, it takes within 7-14 working days to receive your orders after it’s shipped. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What if I didn't receive my orders within the delivery time frame?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the delivery timeframe as mentioned above *Please contact us within 7 working days*

Customs & Import fees?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to shipping destination. DDU(Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination defaults, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Please check your county’s customs policies before placing your order.

We are not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues.

Return Policy

Can I return my product?

We understand the struggle to select the size without seeing and touching actual products, so we do offer exchange & returns within 14 days since you received the orders.

If 7 days have passed since you received your order or you bought the item(s) on sale, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

What is our return policy?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, WITH THE COMPLETE PACKAGING & TAG, and returned to us via regular mail service or shipping carrier.

How to return items?

1. Apply for Returns via our customer service through website or Line.

2. Mail the items back to us following our return guidelines:

Write down your orders number and your name on a piece of paper attached to your return.

Mail it to: 6F., No.274, Fusing N. Rd., Jhongshan Dist., Taipei City 10478, Taiwan (R.O.C.)

You will be responsible for any fees related to the return. We suggest to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

For orders which aren't shipping with a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package. We takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

3. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you through our customer service channel, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

When will I get my refund?

If you are approved for a refund, we will process it by contacting you. If it’s for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Can I change my orders?

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve placed the order, this includes the following:

- Changing the item or size

- Delivery/billing address

- Adding items to your order

- Shipping method

If you really want to cancel anyway, please leave the message at your order or contact us thorugh our customer service.

What should I do if receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Sometimes mistakes do happen! In the event you have received the wrong or a faulty item, please contact our team with your order number for further assistance.
